3. Storage, Retention, and Destruction
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as agreed upon with the client, or as required by relevant legislation or regulation. Personal data that exceed the retention period are securely deleted without undue delay.
4. Access and Disclosure
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and the client. Personal data is disclosed only for lawful purposes and to authorized recipients.
5. Security Measures
We implement reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
6. Data Protection Officer
Our Data Protection Officer, Mr. Donelle Ortega, oversees our compliance with data protection laws and regulations, conducts Privacy Impact Assessments, and ensures the implementation of security measures.
7. Training and Confidentiality
We provide mandatory training on data privacy and security to our personnel and require them to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements. All personnel with access to personal data are required to operate with strict confidentiality.
8. Review and Evaluation
This Privacy Notice and our privacy and security policies are reviewed and evaluated annually to ensure consistency with current best practices.
